John is very professional. He takes the time to explain what my problem maybe and makes sure I understand. He also checked my furnace filter and discovered it was filthy and may be a contributing factor to some of the a/c problem. He was able to replace it for me. I really appreciate doing business with Integrity Heating & Cooling.
