Besides waiting 1 and a half months for my ac while temps were the hottest all summer, they tore up my new lvp flooring in 3 different places. They said they would fix it. They sent a man out he came back with a putty kit, couldn't match it, said he would be back. I haven't heard from them. UPDATE the owner of the company called me, he was so nice and ask what he could do to make this right. Integrity was assigned our home warranty claim by American Home Shield. The issue was resolved the same day. Having had 210 Warranty and First American, I must give props to AHS for being prompt in getting the claim assigned so quickly. Of even more importance is that Michael with Integrity was the most professional, considerate and efficient HVAC contractor I've had in any of my homes in the 25 years that I've lived in Hot Springs. I highly recommend Mike with Integrity! The name perfectly describes the character, work ethics, honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and respect for us as customers and the job at hand! We had our HVAC replaced and he did everything as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible.
