Integrity was assigned our home warranty claim by American Home Shield. The issue was resolved the same day. Having had 210 Warranty and First American, I must give props to AHS for being prompt in getting the claim assigned so quickly. Of even more importance is that Michael with Integrity was the most professional, considerate and efficient HVAC contractor I've had in any of my homes in the 25 years that I've lived in Hot Springs. I highly recommend Mike with Integrity! The name perfectly describes the character, work ethics, honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and respect for us as customers and the job at hand! We had our HVAC replaced and he did everything as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible. We feel very blessed to have received such great service for such an important appliciance for one’s home. Thank you for providing excellent service for us!
The technician arrived on time, he was very professional and courteous. He really knows his business. "Integrity" says it all.
Michael arrived early, fixed our problem promptly and was very polite. He communicated the issue and resolution to me clearly. I plan on using integrity in the future.
