Great service! Saved us $5,000 dollars on a a false inspection from another company. Tech was at our house and problem fixed within the hour. Highly recommend this company and anyone who needs HVAC work!
Called Integrity and spoke with Michael Smith. I had no ac on a 98 degree day. He walked me through a few things to check over the phone and was able to determine I had a bad blower motor. He went and picked up the part, came to my house and quickly installed it, then made sure my system was properly balanced. I couldn’t ask for a better service technician! I had a great experience with Integrity Heating and Air LLC. They sent Dylan out to take a look at my mini-split system, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Dylan’s previous job finished early, so he called ahead and asked if he could come by sooner than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. Brian was amazing!!! Our air conditioner went out and it was going to take 2 weeks to get the parts, but Brian found them and came back the same day to fix it!!!
Integrity Heating and Air did the original install of the HVAC system in our home. Durring the warranty period, the crawl space exhaust fan had to be replaced (twice). Michael Smith, one of their techs, did both services. I was super impressed with the quality of his work and his very friendly demeanor. We discussed the possibility of relocating my AC unit.
