I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience with Integrity Heat & Air has pushed me to this point. I’ve now been rescheduled three times — once back in November and twice just this week. Each time, I only found out because I called to confirm the appointment; they had no intention of notifying me or rescheduling proactively. Highly impressed with Chad ,the technician, who represented Integrity well Before arriving he sent a picture of him and an estimate of time of arrival He was was very professional and treated me with respect He did not talk down to me but patiently explained the results of his investigation and options available to me

Kitchen sink was severely stopped up. Jody came out and snaked the sink and all is back to normal. He was quick and efficient. Thanks!

Happy again!! I can't praise these folks enough!! Had to have my air conditioner replaced and they were wonderful!! Brandon, Sago and Ms. Tina was excellent to work with!! I will always do business with these guys!
