Dr Gessert and his staff were wonderful to work with and it’s absolutely AMAZING to be able to hear this well again. Would highly recommend anyone with hearing loss to Dr Gessert and Integrity Hearing Center. I could never thank them enough for what they did for me!!
I'm going on 2 years with my hearing aids and I am still thrilled with how much they have elevated my life. Customer service is outstanding. There have been a couple of very minor issues like while Bluetoothed to my hearing aids the phone would answer automatically. He found out that my new phone simply needed to be set to NOT answer automatically. Seems like no matter the issue he has a solution. The quality of these devices is superior to others I've seen.
