I got a. New phone and had to have it compatible to my hearing aids. Went in and a sweet woman took them did her magic and now i have hearing aids that work better .
they are to busy to give good service it takes 6 weeks just to get appointment they are not good about returning calls. I have some hearing aids waiting to get programmed and can't get them for 4 weeks.our first appointment was in January by the time I get my hearing aid it will be 4 months
