Hello, Raymond here, as this request for a reference came to my wife’s phone I received my hearing aids about 30 days ago (8-11-25) and I’m 100 % happy with them. I have used H. A. for the last 20 ++ years and always bought the “cheapest” ones possible. I never had H. A. performance, as promised by those other companies. Those H. A. David is very knowledgeable and helpful. He strikes me as genuinely interested in improving my hearing. The office staff does a good job of answering my questions and assisting with scheduling appointments. Overall I am satisfied with their service.
