They don’t care about their nurses. The “Director of Operations”, is a piss poor excuse of a manager. Nurses have no access to her as she’s “never in office” or they’ll “leave her a note for her to get back to you” and of course she doesn’t. Team Select’s only job is to staff these cases with nurses. If nurses decide not to work due to low wages/unfair treatment, Team Select will not be able to do this. Nurses are not paid competitively, and, when in overtime, not paid time and a half. Team Select has been like a breath of fresh air in terms of their communication and reliability! They’ve never dropped the ball or failed to communicate with me and that has helped a great deal. Everyone works together to ensure my child has good coverage and I don’t have to coordinate care. I’d definitely highly recommend!
