John installed 2 new sets of stairs for us and they came out beautifully. The stairs had been carpeted so he had to match the existing wood on the banister. He worked on it until we were happy with the match. He also did a perfect job on the installation. John and his assistant cleaned up after themselves after every day. They vacuumed their way out of our home and even out of our driveway He communicated with us on everything to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Integrity Harwood did an excellent job on my hardwood floors. I had been disappointed in all the other contractors I had contacted until I met John. Not only was his bid price competitive, but he was very easy to work with - in both scheduling and individual needs. We encountered difficulties with warped wood under the refrigerator that John fixed expertly. I would not shop any further. The proof is in the pudding, and my floors look great!
John at Integrity Hardwood is the real deal. From start to finish, every detail was communicated and he followed through on every item of the bid. He was prompt and on schedule every day, finishing the project slightly ahead of schedule even when we added more work for him at the last minute.
