My husband is also a glazier..completely screwed my daughter on a simple 4x3 peice of glass..when I called..the owner (thiught it would be simple, they would just replace the glass) Bruce was so rude:::well sweetheart if your husband knows so much why didn’t he do it himself. I went in trying to replace a motorcycle mirror even though they didn’t have the right glass in stock they were more than helpful. They gave me suggestions as to where to find it and when it was located they cut it for free. Their name says it all.
