What a great experience. From the salesperson to the installers the process was easy and seamless. The spring broke on our main garage door. We called and they were out the same day for an estimate to fix. We decided instead of just replacing the spring we would upgrade to a hurricane rated door. The installers were on time and very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They completed the job quickly and answered all my silly questions. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had used Integrity Garage Repair to check my garage two times before. Both times I had no issue. i called them back because I had the same exact problem I had in November. The release mechanism on the chain kept hitting the light which released the latch that made the door closed. The problem was quickly fixed. The door fell down again so I called them back. Super happy with the response and work from Integrity Garage Door Service! They came out for us the next day after calling and getting on the schedule. Punctual, up front on their pricing with the work we needing done, and clearly knowledgable. The tech was fast and efficient with getting the repair done same day. So grateful to have found online and definitely highly recommend!

My spring broke on my garage door so I called the installer to come and fix it. They said the next appointment was two weeks away so I booked it. Two weeks passed and the tech said he didn’t have the parts to repair it – it has springs inside the tube and they were going to change it to the more serviceable outside spring system. Can’t say enough great things about this company. We needed a garage door repair (or replacement), Jeff came out the same day to look at what needed to be done. Came back early the next morning and completely fixed my issue rather than trying to make a big sale out of me. He was kind, hard working and honest. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
