Nice small business which I typically like to support but I was surprised that I wasn't provided a quote prior to the maintenance being performed. When I asked the technician how much for the work he said that I would be invoiced and that he wasn't good with numbers. The technician was very nice and very good at his job (addressing and fixing the issue immediately) but his English was very broken and was difficult to understand at times.
