Annual maintenance as well as tweaked the electric door to better fit. Alexander was great- customer-focused and efficient!

They were very friendly, helpful and prompt! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and explained what was needed as he was performing the work.
Had a big problem with my garage door not opening. Called Integrity & talked to Pamela since they fixed my door before when a spring broke. She said a tech was available and sent him over to my house. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and serviced the system to balance the spring tension on each side. Great service on a timely basis and I recommend Integrity to others when they need help with a garage door.
An amazing experience from start to finish. Pamela was extremely helpful. My appointment was scheduled and Alex was there within a few hours. It was an emergency situation. He was professional, courteous and extreme attention to details. I was concerned I would need a whole new door and he was able to fix it and provide a tune up for the system. Thank you so very much!!!
