Very detailed explanation was given of everything that was checked on my oil change. Suggestion were made with no pressure!!!
I read one comment horrible service and I can agree. I was looking to purchase a F150 truck off their lot and they gave me a lie saying the truck need to be inspected before I can purchase it. After a week of no responses back I just learned they sold it. The company has "No Integrity" should be the name of this car place. Don't ask for Tim the sales person or the Manager Ben.
The service department is top notch. They came to my work, picked up my car and dropped it back off! Easiest service ever especially with the text notifications of exactly when they would arrive. And so trustworthy to not do anything unnecessary. I thought I needed additional service and he confirmed I didn’t. No one else would have done that. I highly recommend them!
They were prompt getting to my service as always.. The new service manager was very nice. The waiting area is comfortable. Thank you,
