Very disappointing experience. I have been going here for a number of years. On my last scheduled appointment they cancelled me due to weather. Today was the next appointment which was almost a month later. I walked in 5 min late. The receptionist was dealing with another patient for another 7 minutes while I waited. I go up to the window and she tells me I was over 5 min late so I will need to reschedule - which I wasn't.
