My appointment was at 3:45 and they told me to come at 3:30 for paperwork. The morning of, they texted me asking if I could come in at 2:30-3. I told them I could try for 3ish but it depended on my job and when I finished with patients (I’m a nurse), but I would try my best. I hustle to my appointment and make it by 3:30. I’m met with a less than thrilled receptionist who goes “you know your appointment was at 3 right?”. Very disappointing experience. I have been going here for a number of years. On my last scheduled appointment they cancelled me due to weather. Today was the next appointment which was almost a month later. I walked in 5 min late. The receptionist was dealing with another patient for another 7 minutes while I waited. I go up to the window and she tells me I was over 5 min late so I will need to reschedule - which I wasn't.
