Posted on behalf of Lola Cook. I have been a long term patient of Dr Kimberly Nichelsen 6/7/8 years. Every time she changes places I follow her b/c I think the world of her. I told her this time is the last. I've had foot problems that she has magically healed, come back etc over and over and over. This last flare up she asked me to have a consult with Dr Trevor Norris. Dr Wenowitz was great , explained everything and took his time. However, his receptionist is very rude and because of her I have not been able to get a prescription filled for over 1 month . She does not return information to the insurance provider and when she did it was missing information (3 times)and they couldn't read her writing. So I had to call several times to my insurance to see what the problem was with my prescription and they were always " waiting on response from the provider." I originally left upset that the receptionist told me they had to reschedule my appointment because I took longer to get my documents together but I did get them all to her. The owner called and left a voicemail and it made me change perspective on this place. He’s a good guy and was willing to open after hours for me a person he didn’t even meet. For that reason alone I changed my opinion.
Although the reasoning to visit Integrity foot and ankle is not pleasant, the people there make the experience very comforting! Alyssa greets me with a big smile and lovely to chit chat with! Dr. Wenowitz is a great doctor who offers much support and is very skilled in this field. He is one of many doctors I’ve seen and has always offered his best interest for resolving my medical issue.
This office is amazing! My daughter and I have both been treated here and I highly recommend it!
