Fantastic place!!
I had a really disappointing experience at this gym and feel it’s important to share. During a class, I observed the blonde trainer (Sandra) working with two new clients who seemed to be at the beginning of their fitness journeys. The approach came across as quite harsh and not very supportive, which was uncomfortable to witness. I’ve had a great experience training here, and a big part of that is thanks to James. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really pays attention to proper form and technique, which makes a huge difference in both results and avoiding injury. What I appreciate most is how he tailors each workout to my goals and current fitness level.
