Similar to other posters, I've had the issue where they try to impose fines for something, but in my case they tried to use a photo that was months old as evidence, and didn't reply when I sent photos demonstrating the issue had been resolved.
Very unprofessional I have tried calling them multiple times left voicemails I didn't even know who the HOA was until I received a lien on the property I bought for my kids. Now their threat is to foreclose on a home yet I don't have anyone to answer any calls for resolution.
Integrity First Property Management, is absolutely the wore management company a I have ever worked with. They never ever answer their phones, never return your calls no matter how many voice messages you leave them. Unprofessional, has no knowledge of what they are doing. No time management. They deserve zero star.
We hired Integrity First a year ago due to dissatisfaction with our prior management company in Mesa. We are very impressed with Integrity First. Our property manager is very professional, works cooperatively with both the board and the rest of the community. She treats the board and the community members respectfully which is a basic requirement for a manager. She is very experienced and organized. I couldn't even put a star because they are just scam artist in my option They keep on sending me notices for weeds in my yard when I have pictures to show there are none. I have written the BBB and the Attorney General to get them under control. Let's see what happens next. Ii will hire an attorney and they better have prof that I have weeds in my yard because I have the prof that there are none. Pictures.
They suck. They tried to tow my car when I was allowed to park it in front of my house and now they are charging me for weeds that are not even in front of my house; Who is in charge of this company? Stupid people. I have turned them into the BBB and Attorney Generals office to get them under control They are not God which I think they believe they are. I can't even put a star because the are beneath 1 star. Oh I guess I have to pick a star, its negative 10 stars

They get paid and that is about it-DON'T expect any call back if you have an issue-Invest elsewhere
This company touts that it communicates within 24 hours of a concern if you contact them; that is not true. This company will not respond to home owner requests. I believe, Integrity First has misrepresented where funds are being spent.
