Blake Arvidson is a scam artist and cheat! Beware doing business with these thieves as they build their business on deceiving first time home buyers and will steal your money (literally) $2,500 gone - id like to post the approval letter but it won’t allow me to post pictures. This company does not know ANYTHING about FHA guidelines and will steal from you. Buyer beware!
