Absolutely awful. They messed up our systems so badly, that almost two years later, we are still finding issues with their work. They have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, and they will not do the honest thing and take care of their errors. Do not trust your system with these people.

A companies services is based on their employees. Your employee 09/12/2025 4:30am, ran a red light at roughly (Eagles Club) 90th and Federal blvd, cutting off already moving traffic, and another at 80th and federal blvd, AND ANOTHER at 76th and Federal blvd. AGAIN cutting off traffic, I assume cause they were late. Teach your employees to be responsible for themselves and to wake up on time. Be cautious, this company does not know what integrity means. Their tech was not paying attention (his words) and blew up a pipe in our condo. They tried to get out of it the first few weeks while knowing it was their fault (I have videos of their conversations) They ended up owning up to it but I haven’t seen a dime for repairs nor have they filed an insurance claim. They are unresponsive and will not return my calls.

Came to fix a sprinkler issue in my home and Andrew and Thomas could not have been nicer or more professional. Showed up on time, explained clearly what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it, and fixed it right the first time.
