Whoever the service manager Tom is needs to work on how he speaks with the general public. I own a 2019 Honda Accord with an open recall... I recently did a service with them (regular service appointment) and I asked service advisor to check a noise coming from outside/front side of the car when I turn the steering wheel all the way to right,he told they cannot diagnose that during regular appointment and asked me to book a new appointment and would cost $150 just for diagnosis.They were not ready to check this as it looks like they can check only for what you booked appointment for,in my case its just regular service they did and left the car with the noise.I e... read more
I want to make everyone aware that this dealership is greedy, shaddy, and have leaders in finance whom are only worried about their bottom line. Literally down to the penny. I was forced to walkout on delivery of a preowned ($14999) vehicle because the way they wanted to write their P.O. caused the numbers to not agree with my bank check by about $100 and also not in accordance with our agreement. I appreciate the fact that *** ******was upset about the additional costs but it was not because of something Manchester Honda did but because *** ****** at time of delivery removed his trade in from the purchase and instead of transferring his plates requested a new registration. So because with a trade he gets a sales tax credit for the amount of the trade he did not account for that and also the difference in the DMV fees is why there was a discrepancy, it was nothing that Manchester Honda did to him.
I purchased a used 2014 "Certified" ***** *** * months ago. Was assured by the salesperson that the car had not been in an accident - clean ******means nothing- but he went over the car and assured me that everything was original on the car. About a month after purchase paint started to chip on the hood. Autobody dealer told me that hood, front bumper and side panel were all replacement parts. *** ***** purchased a Certified Honda from us. this vehicle went through a 182-point inspection to determine if it would qualify for certification. There were no signs of any frame or structural damage that would disqualify it from certification, the CarFax report came back clean, mechanically it also passed the certification qualifications.
