Very unprofessional, I called *** and he said he would take care of everything, but actually never seen him again. Never worked with insurance company like he was promising.quality of work was absolutely horrible. Communication after signing the contract was literally impossible. I had all their work redone. Communication between employees must not happen one person says were going to do this the other says something totally different. I feel I got scammed. Hope you don't. Have a great day! And God bless
I called Joel Roofing after seeing a roof being done in my town. I was totally impressed e with what I was seeing. Bob Joel came and gave me an awesome quote! I couldn't say no! He was extremely nice and gave me all info up front and told me what to expect and when. He even cared enough to text an call to see if I was satisfied. Believe me I was. My roof was old and had 5 layers of old roof. He had it torn off and resheated and new roof completed in two days. I turned around and hired him to put my new gutters on two weeks l... read more
