Vadzim was very personable and polite. He went over everything he did in terms I understood, for which I was grateful! For my next heating system appointment I will be requesting Vadzim as my service technician.

Our HVAC malfunctioned at 8 am - Integrity sent a technician by noon that day. Marcus was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem, and order the new part needed that day. Later that day, Integrity contacted me with an appointment for the repair (in 2 days time!), and gave a transparent price estimate. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from all at Integrity - exceptional service is clearly a company value, and it shows.
