I have been having problem with my automatic gate for the last week. Contacted the company to schedule an appointment. The technician came and he fixed it in less than 20 minutes. He had everything in his service vehicle to get the job done in one time. Very skilled, professional and efficient. Fantastic experience.

Great experience working with Steve to get our new gate motor installed. He was on time and he explained the process and answered all of our questions. He came the next day well equiped to comple the job in one day as he said. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great work at fair price.

Technician came out, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. It was a broken plastic part, which is what I thought the problem was. He quoted me $280 to fix it. I pushed back indicating the part had to be under $20 and it looked like something he could do in less than an hour, which he admitted would take him less than an hour. I tried to negotiate, he barely budged and I said thanks but no thanks. I paid him a $39 service fee, which I was expecting. The technician was prompt and friendly. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. They are honest and dependable. When he came out to replace my opener, he was actually about 30 minutes early. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repairs. He was very professional and went through the process with me.
