....Integrity Chem-dry... They don't stand by their come back guarantee to repeat spot cleaning. I had some pet urine spots treated and and paid for extra p.u.r.t treatment but they wouldn't re shampoo the area after I waited for the required two weeks. I was told they would clean the area again for free if it reappeared. I know it wouldn't be perfect but was told I could pay them again to do it...their guarantee is useless.
