This place tried to upsell me from a quote I received of $250 to $510!! I called on a ValPak coupon. They had a BOGO, so I was quoted $150 for my 7ft couch, loveseat was free with coupon and $50 each for carpet in 2 bedrooms that couldn’t have been more than 250 sq. Ft. Each. Worst decision of my life was to trust Chem-Dry carpet cleaning. I called 2 months in advance to get an appointment on New Year's Eve. I have a tenant that was showing up on New Year's Day. I know this may not be the best day to schedule something but they assured me, actually called me back to assure me that they would be there on that day for my service. Thank you very much for helping me with my carpet. I had a long time looking for someone who would really leave my carpet impeccable. I was very satisfied with the results. I did not imagine that it would be so perfect. I recommend them and I would provide this service again many more times.
