10 *******STARS David Servantaz is amazing both him and Jennifer his wife. I called Chem Dry upset because I just used SERVIZ and they left my carpets in horrible condition and they charged over $600 for the cleaning. Needless to say Chem Dry didn’t price gouge me. The Job my carpets are in preteen condition. Nice and fluffy. He got the soap out from the previous company. Excellent job cleaning my very dirty carpet. So much spotting from our move into the house and they are all gone this morning. Justin was fast and efficient, but more importantly it looks like brand new carpet was laid. We will be having you back. Thank you!!!!

They did an excellent job on my kitchen and office tile floors. I was embarrassed at how much dirt came up off the floors that my housekeeper cleans every two weeks! They were right on time, courteous, wore masks and explained how they were going to clean. They also cleaned up afterwards. Nice group. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.
