Awesome Carpet Cleaning – 1 large dog + two teenagers + cream colored carpets vs. Medi !! The last few cleaning attempts had pretty marginal results and we were just considering replacing the carpet but decided to try Medi based on the reviews we read. The results were stellar, and traffic patterns and spills that previous cleanings couldn't touch are completely gone. Excellent Service – Have to take some time to write a review because I owe it to Medi. He helped me out of a jam. The open house for our rental was moved up quite suddenly and we needed the carpets cleaned. Medi was able to accommodate us not once, not twice but three times. It was a crazy schedule we had but he made room for us. The carpet was pretty dirty and had what I thought were tough stains but the equipment Medi used made everything seem so easy. Exellent customer service, Medi! – Medi cleans my carpet for more than 10 years. He is a gentleman. He is very serious about whether his customers receive quality carpet cleaning service from him. The Best Carpet Cleaner--PERIOD!!! – We have used Medi since we were first-time homeowners in Santa Clara back in 2003. Medi is fast, responsive, turns even the scary carpet into a thing of beauty, and is affordable. He is such a find for us--we wear our shoes inside the house, have a cat, and a three-year old son--so our carpets get pretty thrashed. Excellent quality and service--extremely friendly and professional – Outstanding customer service and excellent quality work. The gentleman who did the work for me was extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. After the cleaning, I had a dispute with my landlord, who tried to withhold my security deposit. The folks at Medi responded in exemplary fashion, vouched for the quality of their work, and helped me win a full refund. Great job!
