Rented from them for 2 years. Never had any complaints or issues with them. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone. I always do my best to leave the property clean and prep for the maintenance crews after moving out. I even got my deposit back! Communication has always been on point with them. Previously left a glowing review of the online process and friendly conversation with the property manager, that has been the only easy step in this process. Dryer+oven is not working upon moving in, oven had exposed wiring, missing knobs + burners, and was left in my apartment. They kindly paid for one dinner out of 3 days with no oven and a microwave without a spin plate so I couldn’t even use that. They’ve been really great so far. Just moved into one of the properties over the weekend. I submitted some maintenance requests. Somehow they got here the same day (literally like 10 minutes after I submitted them). Also, my move-in window was somewhat uncertain and the property wasn’t cleaned inside or outside. HOWEVER, when I told them, they apologized profusely and immediately agreed to send someone as soon as I have stuff situated.
