Run away from working with this company. We used them as a property manager for three months. It took them the full three months to get the property rented and we only found out that a lease was signed because we received an email from the utilities company letting us know that the utilities were switched into another person's name. The landlord, Mr. Jolly, he is phenomenal.
I scheduled a showing for 5 pm a week ago. They confirmed my showing twice. I drove over an hour to see this property and no one was here to show me the property. They called me back to say that I should not have even been given a 5 pm time. I told them that that sounded like a them problem and not a me problem and I hung up. The assistant then called me back to tell me I was rude. Do not use this company.
Don't do business with these people. Rented from them for 3 years and left the dwelling cleaner than we received it. Our deposit was $1700, and they charged us $1760 for "repairs" (how convenient).. These repairs were NEVER made with video proof. Once questioned about these charges they blocked me, and denied me access to their portal. In the process of taking them to court. Save the headache. Don't rent from Integrity Capital Management.
