Having integrity in the name is laughable
My son and I paid for the application fee for both of us $55.00ea and we’ve never heard anything back from them! We lost $110.00 for no reason. I’d like my money back it’s been almost 2mos without a response from anyone. Tayler is the woman’s name who was in charge of the property we applied for. I’m definitely going to be reporting them to BBB and find out what other options are available about this. I’ve had a great experience with this property management team. They’re always professional, helpful, and quick to respond when needed. Communication has been smooth, and I really appreciate how well they take care of the property and tenants!
Rented from them for 2 years. Never had any complaints or issues with them. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone. I always do my best to leave the property clean and prep for the maintenance crews after moving out. I even got my deposit back! Communication has always been on point with them.
