Gary was awesome!!! This is our first home buying experience so we didn't know much of what to look for. He walked my husband and I throughout the whole house, talking us through what he is looking for and what he was finding. Adding in some advise on how we could fix alot of the minor things, making them seem much easier to handle instead of just a load of work... which it will be but it doesn't seem as scary with how he walks you through it and explains everything. We purchased our home 3 years ago and, as our first house, I had no idea where to get the inspection done. Our realtor had some recommendations, but I came across Integrity by chance. I am extremely glad I went with Integrity. Gary took me through the house WITH him and showed me issues as we went along. He also had suggestions for DIY fixes for some of the more minor problems.
