Fantastic experience at every turn. We used Integrity Blinds and Shutters for window treatment for our entire new build house. Sales person gave us superb advice helping us find exactly what we wanted. Installation was smooth and efficient. Staff handling the appointments were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Integrity Blinds did an outstanding job for us, from the first visit with Katie to the last with installation. Reuben and Jake did a great, neat, clean and professional install. They were very thorough and instructional. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.
I had deleted my last review about waiting many months for our blinds, because Integrity Blinds immediately reached out and scheduled an installation date. Unfortunately, we've been having problems ever since they were installed. The day they were installed, one of the beaded chains was too short and a pull for a woven shade was on the wrong side. i highly recommend integrity blinds. all the staff, from sales to installers were very courteous and helpful. they answered all my questions and made sure i was satisfied before leaving my home. i love my window treatments!
