I highly recommend Integrity overall and Scott Brown in particular. I emailed them on a Saturday morning and got a call back within 30 minutes. My service was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I was visiting from DC and needed to take care of my brother's house before I went back and he came home from the hospital, so the responsiveness was a great relief. My contact with Art and my pre treatment session with Mike were excellent and very helpful. The treatment was on schedule and the work with Shane and Mike was also excellent. And I have no evidence that there are bed bugs in my apartment at this time! Thank you.
