Had issue with power steering fluid leaking. They replaced power steering pump and few hoses...cost of everything $801.00. van was still leaking power steering fluid few days later. called them back an Kyle stated it could be a couple more thousand dollars to find leak. He had an unapologetic attitude and could care less. I filed a complaint with Eastern NC Better Business Bureau as well. BEWARE! This could happen to you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Integrity Automotive of Clayton.
I am going to explain in detail scroll down for the TLDR: I recently bought a truck with a non-working a/c. I got the system tested and was informed the compressor was bad. (by a different shop). I purchased a new compressor (not re-manufactured), and a kit containing the dryer and orifice tube. I installed the compressor and dryer but when I got to the orifice tube I saw it was damaged and there was metal inside the system. What a bunch of jerks this place is!!! My girlfriend’s mother took her car there to have the AC looked at. After being told it would be $1500; she decided it was not worth the repair. She went to pay by check; the owner called her check "a piece of paper" & said "I dont have the $500 machine for checks etc.”. There was no sign saying “No Checks”.
