He has disabled me from commenting so I will be updating through this post: Alex, you do understand a car can drive if it upshifts to second, third, and fourth gear correct? I have never gone to a repair shop and felt that I was treated fairly until I took my suv to Integrity. They were efficient and charged a fair price. I will never use another shop. They have chosen an apt name.
This shop gave us the finest auto repair experience we've had in a very long time. Very reasonable rates, highly professional, honest and personable. We won't take our vehicle to anyone else from now on.
