Frank installed a new rear axle seal, bearing, and new rear brakes. His communication with me from start to finish was excellent. He will not advise you to fix something unless it’s necessary. Integrity Auto has outstanding reviews for a reason. I highly recommend contacting Frank for his knowledge, integrity, and fair prices.
Frank is the best mechanic ever! He gets the job done fast and he does it right the first time, so I never have to worry about recurring issues when Frank has worked on my car. What really stands out though is the exemplary customer service he offers. He always remembers me by name and does a follow up phone call afterward to make sure I am happy with the service. I truly cannot recommend Integrity Auto enough!! I lived in the area for ~3 years for graduate school, and am so grateful to have found Frank. Frank was consistently reliable, honest and fair. As a graduate student with a very old vehicle, Frank was able to help me keep the car running well. He does really high quality work and is always timely and transparent in his communication. I highly recommend Integrity Auto. Frank is caring, honest, and knowledgeable. We are 5 hours away from our daughter, and when she had a recent car issue, searching for a reputable, safe, reliable auto repair shop was nerve wracking.
