Came in for an oil change and inspection. In and quick. Friendly service. Clean waiting area. Bobby was helpful in getting me set up. Will be back for future work on my truck.
Its been a month since my car was repaired. I wanted to drive it a while before I judge. It runs great, even better than when I bought it used 10 yrs ago. at 200k miles it was suggested I replace the motor, also the suspension needed replacing. Staff explained what options I had. I have had a horrible experience I was sent to this location by car max and my vehicle has been there for months and I still don’t have my vehicle because the price keeps changing and all the money from the insurance went to your company and still I have a outstanding bill with you but understand that te price has changed a bunch of times the last time it was just for wire was 420 and that was to finish the car but no because now I am being told I still owe thousands how from 400 you go up to thousand more it makes no sense ... read more
Initially took my work vehicle to Gillman Harlingen where they took advantage and charged $2k and the issue wasn’t fixed. Called up Ruben from Integrity, brought my work vehicle it and was diagnosed. They noticed the issue that I was Having and turned out needed new transmission. Got the work done no issue my work vehicle is running like brand new.
Professional and highly attention to detail finding things that I didn’t know about with my Jeep Gladiator. Johnny showed me everything and explained to me issues that I would’ve never known. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. Thanks for the work done. Outstanding.
