I took my service body truck in for a windshield replacement. I had called the day before after 5:00 PM. A real, live human being answered the phone. Brandon, I think. I set the appointment for the following day at their shop. Was taken in immediately, was given a time frame of about an hour. They finished the job in under an hour. Went in for a rock chip repair. They were friendly and professional and their facility is clean. They were also exceptionally fast. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Thanks to all the lovely construction, i was fortunate enough to have a rock be hurled at my drivers window. Nice split right down the whole thing. I sent Integrity a message for a quote and had a response super fast and the window fixed the next day! So grateful for their help! Amazing customer service and had the BEST deal in the valley. Hoping i won’t need their services again for a long time, but if the need comes up, i know who I’m calling first!
