They replaced the valve cover gasket and in the process did something to my plugs or coils, or something. It isn't a coincidence that all of a sudden after the work was done, the number 4 cylinder is missing. I took it back to them and he said the coil moved. So he moved it and said it would act up again in a couple days, that I had 51,000 miles on my plugs and they would replace my plugs and coils if need be. Seriously? We were travelling from Canada to Mexico when we experienced problems with our F350 6.7 diesel. They got us in right away, diagnosed the problem promptly and started work on it right away. Very professional shop with all the right equipment and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond coming in Saturday morning to finish the job and get us back on the road! They had extra issues and yet the price was still very fair and reasonable. Excellent owners and shop!
This place is awesome. We had car trouble just outside Ontario while traveling and they squeezed us in, fixed us up and charged us way less than we were expecting. Travis was quick and thorough, and the owner chatted with us while we waited and was a joy to visit with. Highly recommend!
Our catalytic converter gave out just past Ontario, OR. A really nice tow truck driver recommended Integrity for the repair and they fit us in to their busy schedule ASAP and we were back on the road. Really appreciate their patience and hard work!
A/C failed on a cross country trip with temps in the high 90s. These folks fit us in when others couldn't and got us back on the road. I'd happily give them my business again.
