I usually don’t do these reviews, but I just had the most distasteful interaction with the Community Manager, Laura Lazar. As a tenant, I received a notice of violation for the second month in a row for an issue that does not belong to me. The notice letter said to reach out to Laura Lazar for disputes. I reached out to Laura and explained that the issue was not caused by me or any other tenant in the house. They currently are over Knollwood Lake in Gwinnett GA Lawrenceville and the community feels they are heartless, rude and do not care about the community at all.
Where has the water for irrigation gone?? Where is the mulch we are supposed to have by now?? In my opinion where has any management gone for the WESTON townhomes??
