Lora R Essick out of Ozark, MO was the appraiser on a home I had listed. The appraisal came in extremely low so the sellers decided to ask a few questions regarding it. She told us we had to have the buyers permission, we complied and the buyers gave permission, she then said no we had to have the lenders permission (even though buyers own the appraisal ), but we complied. The appraisal I paid for was of a completely different home and not mine. I can’t get in touch with anyone when calling and emailing. I also tried to file a complaint with the better business bureau and nothing is coming up for the company
Appraiser missed the due date and went MIA. I paid an additional fee for this appraisal to be done, and the due date was missed.
Worst Company Ever!! Integrity appraised a home at $1.2M when it actually should have been appraised over $2M+, I had an independent appraisal that was for $2.185M and the house actual sold. During the purchase of a house, I was selling my home at the same time (same bank involved). The bank ordered two (2) appraisals, one for each house. The houses are very different properties, but Integrity appraised them very similar.
