If HVAC had a personality test, Integrity Air would score professional, honest, and surprisingly funny for people who talk about ductwork. They showed up on time (already suspiciously impressive), explained everything without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree, and—most importantly—did not try to sell me a brand-new system just because I sneezed near the thermostat. I'll never use this company. Its van drivers are always in the left lane like they're the only one on the road. They never move to the right. If they don't understand simple road rules how can they understand complex HVAC systems.
Our existing and relatively new Coleman high efficiency gas furnace had unfortunately begun it's rapid reliability decline the past couple of years. The original dealer had gone out of business only 5 years after installing it, and we'd been forced to find a local authorized Coleman dealer to service and repair it as needed. New motor, new pressure switches, new limit switches etc were all failing and were replaced over the past 24 months. We recently called Integrity Air after receiving an extremely high bid from a competitor for a new A/C and furnace, with no offer of financing. Integrity came out promptly and quickly proposed to do the job for almost $3000 less while using a higher rated A/C unit. They also offered 0% financing. They came out the next week right before a 100 degree heat wave, and installed it quickly, professionally and without a hitch. We’ve now had it just over a month, and are loving the new A/C!
