Incredibly kind and helpful!
My passenger door on a 2025 kia k4 was not closing so I called the shop for assistance. Only 4 minutes away from the shop but obviously too scared to drive with a door that wouldn't shut I spoke with an employee named Reese. He could sense my frustration and agreed to meet me where I was located to assist. After determining the issue could be resolved at the dealership under the warranty (I've had the car for 5 months) Reese took the time to secure my door so I could safely drive to the dealership.
