I went for my annual auto inspection and was happy with the prompt service. I met Sara, the owner; she was friendly, honest, and respectful. She cares not only about running an effective, efficient business but also about keeping customers satisfied. Additionally, I was thrilled to see James, the manager, back on board. James goes the extra mile to ensure the customers have a great experience. I highly recommend this location.
From the initial phone call, after calling about 10 mechanics in the McKinney, Plano, Farmersville & Wylie area, Colt made my very difficult decision so easy! We took our Lexus in for a Pre-Purchase inspection, Colt explained in detail what was great and what needed attention. Pictures along with all documentation to support the findings were provided for me to easily share with my husband! The entire staff made me feel like I was at a friend’s house! We have found our trustworthy mechanics! Thank you guys!
I have to say that 1st Integrety automotive has the best customer service I have ever experienced for a vehicle repair shop.The service and the attention they give it’s just amazing. The owner actually came out and we had a good conversation, not about cars or other shops, just a good conversation and that made me feel like I was an existing client. That was my first time being there. Their prices are very reasonable. In conclusion, I will definitely return and tell others about them.
My husband usually takes care of my jeep but he has not had time so I decided to try something new. Colt took care of me! My jeep rides so much smoother than it has since I bought it. I will definitely be back for maintenance on my baby!
I would give them 1000 stars!! I did my research and past reviews are accurate. They are the best!! Due to past experiences I’m so untrusting of mechanics and dealerships.
