This was my first time at Integrity 1st, and I will definitely be going back when I need additional service. They have great customer service, I loved the way they presented their estimates - with photos included - and they did not pressure me to do any of their recommended services. The presented the info, offered their opinions on what should take priority, and gave me time to make the decision without pressuring me. I’d definitely recommend them to friends!
I've been going to Integrity 1st in Wylie for 3 or 4 years. They have done major and minor repairs for my Nissan Titan. The prices have been resonable, the service is good, the communication is just right. I've sent family and friends here and have not gotten a bad report back. I'll keep using them to service my 15 year old, 200K miles truck going forward.
My car over heated and I had it towed to their location. I had been there before for an alignment so they had me info and called me the next day. That morning they had a list of needed and recommended repairs sent to me. I approved the work I wanted and they got straight to work. Also price was very competitive and payment options really helped. Excellent service and great customer care!
