Absolutely horrible experience with the front desk person, and the rest of front staff All three were extremely rude and forgot what patient care first means !! Go here if you want to be treated poorly ! Would always go here because I love the physician there but it's not worth it !
Made an appointment at 9am to be seen at 2pm the same day. Arrived at 1:50pm and as of 3:00pm, I still haven’t been seen. Only 2 others in waiting room. This place is a mess when it comes to scheduling.

Went at 550pm,nope can't see you without appointment . Nobody there but me ,they are usually very good but acted like they didn't give a damn tonight
Generally speaking this is usually my preferred place to take my granddaughter when she is sick and most of them know us by name! I had my granddaughter in there on the 24th with a fever and feeling horrible as I was also feeling horrible! Turns out we both have influenza A. I asked them at the time if it wouldn't probably be the smartest thing to do to go ahead and run a strep test since my granddaughters throat hurts so bad and she had a high fever and she said oh no being tested positive for influenza A is all they needed... read more
