My mother and I drive down to Madill from Moore, OK to clean up my brother's grave pretty frequently.... Yesterday during our trip down I stepped on a metal stake sticking out of the ground, and it went through my foot!! My mother rushed me to the Madill ER, the whole way, aside from worrying about the pain I was in, I couldn't help but also wonder what kind of service I'm about to receive in such a small town!! now this hospital has treated me fairly well for emergency's and none. they do have a fairly friendly staff. some of the nurse staff seem grumpy. but at least they're not hurting ya or anything like that. i would recommend this hospital over tishomingo's or ardmore's otherwise i'd suggest durant. if you're in the area or are in a wreck and there's an emergency and this is your closest location i'd say it's safe. granted some people have had issues with this hospital such as them refusing to provide service for a friends dad ... read more
