12/10/21 My aunt was instructed by Dr Eaton Miami OK Indian Hospital to go to Integris and have IV antibiotics administered due to pneumonia. The Indian Hospital said they called ahead. We arrived admissions did not have information on this but was easily filled in. Dr. Argo from Integris ER immediately stated your aunt is in bad shape and is having what appears as a myocardial heart attack. I am trying to get my mother transferred to another hospital. There was 2 nurses that were exceptional and one was a traveling nurse.. My mother had surgery there and has been there over a week in ICUI. I know they are short staffed but most of the nurses we had could care less if the patients lived or died. Very rough and rude. It was also dirty. My mothers is scared to death of them and has lost her Will to live.

I signed my 60 year old mother up for a teledoc appointment for covid symptoms. She was assigned Dr Oconner. Worst mistake we could of made. This lady was so rude that she made my sick mother cry. She had no empathy and a horrendous bed side manner. She literally took our money and did nothing but shame my mother for not being vaccinated. I cannot believe you have a private practice with any patients that see you regular. You took an oath TO CARE FOR PATIENTS! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. You are a heartless b*tch

My very dear friend took her Aunt to the Integris SWMC emergency room last weekend and had the worst experience imaginable. Her very fragile, 95 year old Aunt was diagnosed with cancer. From the moment of the diagnosis, the hospital staff began telling her family to "get her out of there." They were " an emergency room and she did not meet the criteria to be admitted so they had to get her out." They had no place to take her immediately and needed a little time to contact Hospice Care, etc. to determine where she could ... read more

Worst hospital stay ever and not because of my heart issues, it was the rude uncaring staff along with the filthy conditions at the hospital. When admitting me they took me to a room that still had soiled clothes in a basket that was never changed. The staff never informed me of what medication they were giving through I.V. Nor did they care that the Blood pressure cuff was placed on my I.V. And every time it came on, it pinched the needle in to my arm. I give most of the workers on floor 9, FIVE STARS!!! ONLY because they are so overworked, BECAUSE OF NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE HIRED BY, WELL HMMM, HUMAN RESOURCES?, OR WHOMEVER THE “PEOPLE, HUMANS LIKE THE REST OF US, BUT GREEDIER, WOULD RATHER MAKE BANK AND BLAME IT ON INSURANCE OR MEDICARE OR ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES, NO MATTER THE LIVES OF THEIR PATIENTS, BUT ALSO EVERY EMPLOYEE WORKING THERE, NO MATTER THE TITLE!!!!
