Absolute scam. Sold my husband a cpap that he cannot use without feeling like he is suffocating. We set up multiple appointments to “fix” the issue with no luck. They are refusing to return it because we purchased it instead of renting it. Renting it was not EVER presented as an option. Multiple staff told us it was returnable, then once we got to the supervisor he refused. It’s in perfect condition because it was barely able to be used. The staff who assisted me at the location were great, informative and helpful, the billing representatives who I speak to are kind and do a good job with what they're given. The one star is because I've had a billing issue where I'm due a significant credit for three months with no resolve. The same supplies were paid for by me and my insurance, my insurance has been on the phone with them to verify and they are not disputing that the credit is due but there's apparently only one person who can do it and I can't speak to him... read more

From the second I walked in, the staff was friendly and inviting! They called me soon after I got my results to schedule an appointment and explained my benefits and financial responsibility. Very efficient! The respiratory therapist was wonderful! Christina really soothed my anxieties. I look forward to continued work with them!
