Good environment, people smile. Doctor answers my questions. My visit is smooth and quick.
There was minimal waiting, the Dr. and nurse were both very nice and professional
I waited 45 min on an exam table in a paper sheet for a cursatory exam. I had to sign a document that insurance only paid for a "well woman exam" and stated that if I asked questions, codes would be assigned that would result in charges I would have to pay for. The wait on an uncomfortable table edge caused me to have painful leg cramps and led to an uncomfortable and undignified experience. No one apologized for my wait or my pain. I felt like I wasted the Dr's and my own time.
Dr. Miller deserves way more than 5 stars. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I love her calm demeanor, especially when I was in labor. With every appointment she really made sure to explain everything well, and when I gave birth she made sure everything went so well! I couldn’t recommend her more, and will forever be thankful that she was my doctor.
