Dr Nguyen and her staff are very professional and courteous at all times! In 67 years I have not been able to find a dr I was as comfortable with....except dr cory nagle and he retired and left my husband and I with a wonderful dr and staff! They are great!
Dr. Barnes and her staff are very attentive, patient, kind and truly cares about your needs. Both doctor and staff are extremely professional, facility is always clean and every experience has been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Barnes as a family physician and OB. She goes above and beyond expectation.
Dr. Wheeler is an amazing doctor. She is a very compassionate person and she cares about her patients.
Absolute worst staff ever!!! Refused to re-submit to insurance and sent me to collections instead!!!
I have been in to see Dr. O'Connor once. I found her on a doctors rating page, in which she had great responses. My doctors appointment was great! I felt like she understood what was going on with me and started running tests immediately. It has been nothing but a hassle since the day I left her office. I have had to call on numerous occasions to get my results and to see where to go from there. Most recently I have now been waiting 3+ weeks to get my results from an EEG/EKG. I'm 37 weeks pregnant with a cold integris took me in the er I was seen immediately and given meds and they did an ultrasound to make sure baby was all as well too.... very happy with how I was treated !!!
we have been seeing DrO for 20+ yrs,we had to change once due to insurance,but returned as soon as we could. Nothing but praise for this office, employees come and go these days ,but some of her staff have been with ever since I have been seeing her. They have personalities and you may not always mix well,but you will be taken care of.
While her staff has a tendency to be rude, it is worth it once you get past them. Her PA, Rachel Moore, is even better. Dr. O'Connor is an awesome doctor. She is caring. She listens to all my concerns. Takes her time. Explains everything. I would recommend her to any one looking for an excellent primary care physician.
I enjoy Dr O'Connor, she is a tell it like it is DO. HOWEVER her front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are abrupt and unfriendly. Wondering how they would feel if they were going to a doctor or any other professional and they experienced the treatmemt and service they are presenting. Humm I doubt they would be back.
