I was very pleased with the care when at the ER this past weekend. The staff was very considerate and caring. The nurse and doctor were thorough with the tests run and with the explanations of the results. The facility was clean. I'm grateful for the treatment received. A++

If I could give the hospital a negative 5 stars, that is what I would do. In August, my wife started having severe chest pains and she is not one to complain or run to a hospital for anything. When she told me that she wanted to go to the emergency room, I knew this was serious. We tried this hospital because it was closest and Integris has a good reputation, so we thought. DON'T GO THERE! As I had to go to the ER this last Fri night I was hopeful that since this was new it would be a very good experience. NOT! I was clearly interrupting the receptionist from reading (no one was in the waiting room) the attending nurse was at best not very pleasant - downright rude! And since I was the only patient they were all sitting around laughing, joking etc. I was an incovenience to them! I will not go back.
