Took our 2 year old son in for seizures. The PA didn’t take us seriously, was condescending and was trying to discharge us. Our son ended up having a seizure in the ER, they finally transferred us to Baptist and didn’t chart that he had had a seizure. We filed a grievance and again we weren’t taken seriously. Do not recommend this ER at all!
Absolutely awful service. Made us come in a second time in one day to get a second prescription because the pharmacy didn't fill it in time and they refused to call a 24 hour pharmacy to help. They could see the prescription in the system and refused to take 5 min to call the pharmacy and get it transferred. All the hospital cares about is getting money and wasting people's time.
