I consider myself extremely lucky and blessed to have found Arcadia Trails Integris when I was searching for a place to help me change my life. In my home area of northwest Oklahoma it seems to be almost a “resource desert” for people struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. It's amazing I love it .I have tried Christian based rehabs for two yrs..,I learned some useful tools.....This approach with drug n alcohol is so much useful for Me!! I'm excited about how much I've learned in such short time way more in 3 weeks here with meditation, cbt,dbt,retraining brain, basic schooling on how brain works, a.a. ,n.a., facts on the disease side of addiction,, where schools n recovery started n going with treating addictions,structure, healing the body......I could go on and on !!! than six months at the ... read more
